A Giant Hexbug in an Old Looking Footage

Another scene created with Adobe After Effects and Pinnacle Studio.

My New Toy Car

Another attempt to put an object into a video footage using green screen techniques. Fo this video, I used a cheap DIY "green screen" (a green curtain, actually) and Adobe After Effects. I had to resort, again, to converting my footage to black and white. I find it easier to use this approach when blending an object with a footage. I know this sounds like cheating but I still need to learn how to do it the right way.

Animated Horse in a Video Footage

I used a 3d model from a software package (Iclone) and placed it into a video footage. This one does not make use of camera tracking.

Floating Chess Board Video

This is another attempt to use camera tracking in Adobe After Effects. I also like to use planar tracking next time...

Fake Missile Video on YouTube

I am still trying to learn Adobe After Effects. I used the camera tracking tool in AE to create this video.

Scratch-built RC Plane with an on Board Camera

I used a cheap camera to make this video so forgive me for its low quality output. The camera is light and did not affect the CG of the airplane.
This video was made more than a year ago but this is the only time that I could upload it on YouTube.

HSP RC buggy with an on board SJ4000 Camera

This is a video of my HSP RC buggy with an on board SJ4000 camera. I need to find a better way to mount the camera to make it more stable while the buggy is running and moving.

Falling Satellite Scene on my YouTube Channel

This is video showing an animated falling satellite that has been "merged" with a real video footage. I used a free Android app called FXGuru to make this scene.

Inside my Reef Tank

This is my very simple reef tank. It has no filter, no skimmer and no power head. It only relies on an air pump and an airstone plus regular (weekly) water changes

My First Snorkeling Experience in Puerto Galera

This was my first time in Puerto Galera and my first time to try snorkeling. This happened last year (May 2014) during a company-sponsored trip to Puerto Galera.

I gained some new experience during this trip and had a lot of fun with my office mates. I was also able to test my SJ4000 camera while making this video.

Fun Time - Flying my Quadcopter

This video was taken early last year using a "toy-grade" quadcopter with a built-in camera. Flying this quadcopter is difficult. I could not make it move where I want it to go. It has a tendency to go down whenever I try to move it forward. Maybe it needs some tweaking or maybe I just need to practice how to fly it. I have some other stuff that you might find interesting. My DIY Security Camera System

I built a simple camera system using an old computer, a USB hub, some cheap webcams,an SJ4000 camera and a free software called iSpy.

The installation was very easy and straightforward. The only problem that I had was trying to make four webcams to work with iSpy. Windows could detect the cameras but only two could be configured in iSpy.

I ended up using two webcams and an SJ4000 action camera. I still need to figure out how to make the other webcams work. This sample video,BTW, is from the SJ4000 camera.

This simple camera system was  built for fun and for learning purposes only but it shows that one can create something useful from stuff that can be recycled or reused for other purposes.

My Own Version of "Into the Storm" - a new video on my Youtube Channel

This scene reminds me of the movie "Into the Storm". I had to get out of the house to buy some goods but the strong wind would not let me go where I needed to go.
The actual experience is more scary (and dangerous) than what this short clip could ever show as my camera could hardly record the sound of the wind because of its waterproof casing.
